The contact owns a 2020 Jeep Wrangler. The contact stated that while attempting to start her vehicle, the instrument panel was dark. The vehicle was taken to a dealer where it was diagnosed and determined that the instrument panel needed to be replaced. The vehicle was not repaired. The manufacturer was notified of the failure and informed the contact to have the dealer apply for a goodwill assistance application which the dealer requested; however, the manufacturer denied the request.
