Two problems. 1) the infotainment module cuts in and out. 2) Most important, the vehicle lunged ahead for no reason from a dead stop. We were lucky not to hit the truck in front of us. The vehicle is not safe to drive. VW corporate dsn’t answer their phone and the dealer keeps giving us 800 numbers to try to contact them. What can we do?
