The contact stated that while driving at various speeds, the front end of the vehicle was shaking with a knocking sound coming from the drivers and passengers side front wheels. The vehicle was taken to a mechanic who diagnosed that the upper front suspension knuckle joint had fractured on the drivers and passengers side.
