Recall 19a Jeep released a vehicle with a defective clutch assembly that required full replacement. Unfortunately, they ‘applied a software fix to a hardware problem’. This still hasnt solved things and is still very concerning. This fix is completely unacceptable. I have a 2023 Jeep with only 16k miles. The only acceptable solution would be a buy back. Someone needs to get involved. There are people with completely useless vehicles now.
