Dealer did not complete recall while in service Nov 15 2024, service order shows parts are on back order. After 2 months I reached out to Corp who reached out to dealer. Both copr and the dealer ended up calling back just yesterday, however the message from copr stated the part is ordered it’s way but the message from the dealer stated software upgrade needs to be done first before ordering parts. But why software upgrade was never done 2 months ago while performing service? I can smell excess gasoline 5 mins after remote started and my thermometer temp spikes significantly upon start. Car has only 12k miles. I am afraid car is going to burn down and they will do everything possible to avoid repair/replacement. I’m hoping this would create a record of historical events as well as poor service performance by the dealer.
