My backup camera only works about 3% of the time. If the temp are too cold or too hot then the screen gs black with a red triangle. Frequently, this occurs when I’m in the process of backing up and I lose all visibility. I almost struck a pedestrian this morning. I’ve already had the cable repaired at the dealership once but it immediately began not working about 2 weeks later. I had taken it back to the dealership but they were unable to repair because the representative could not reproduce the error when he attempted to back up. I have videos of what is occurring.
