On more than several occasions the car has slammed on the breaks for no apparent reason. This has happened multiple times and thr dealer cant fix the issue because the computer is showing no error. This is a serious concern for me as the last time it occurred a child hit her face on the back of the passenger seat causing her lip to bleed.
