I was driving down the road when the vehicle shut off and required a restart. After I was able to safely pull to the side of the road with zero power I was able to restart the vehicle after a few tries. The check engine light came on. Upon getting the code checked the CAM sensor is what shut the vehicle off. I was on a busy access road and a crash could have happened if I was not able to move out of the travel lanes.
