I am writing to report a potential safety issue with the Chicco Fit 360 carseat. I have encountered a problem with the magnetic chest clip that detaches without pressing the release buttons, creating a risk that the child may not be properly secured in the seat. This issue has occurred multiple times and upon research I have come across numeorus other people who have also experienced the same issue even after having the clip replaced. I believe this is a big enough issue that could compromise the effectiveness of the harness system in securing the child during travel, particularly in the event of a sudden stop or crash.
