incident # 11633408 December 30, 2024 The car was serviced due to a faulty door latch. Pd $1200.00 Two days later the passenger door flew open, and would not close. After 10 minutes I finally got the door to close fully.2 days later, the same door opened and almost hit shoppers in a parking lot. This continued until I did not use the passenger door at all. I returned the car to the dealership. Diagnosis..they had installed a faulty door latch again! This issue has been on recall. yet my car in number was not part of the recall so I had to pay for it. This is a huge safety issue. I shouldn’t have to worry about a door flying open when operating it.Jaguar/Range Rover seems not to care since my vin number was not part of the recall. Plus, the dealership said my windshield now leaks, (again a recall) but not my vin number. Can someone assist me with my car that is having serious safety issues?
