While driving the vehicle, usually while passing another vehicle, it slams on the brakes suddenly and decelerates rapidly. I suspect it has something to do with how it reads it’s surroundings. When it happens, which is without warning, the BRAKE light comes on the dash. It has happened multiple times but recently it was a close call with another vehicle behind me on the interstate. Which is why I’m taking the time to report this. I have not had it inspected.
