Sometimes when the cruise control is turned on the car starts the cruise setting at 110mph and then starts accelerating the vehicle to that speed. It ds not allow the mph setting to be turned down using the controls on the steering wheel, the only way to take it out of the stuck 110 mph setting is by turning cruise control off or braking. This situation happens rarely but ds occur with only the cruise control being turned on, without any further prompt. I have a video of the occurance but the website ds not allow me to upload a video.
