Drivers side mirror cracked. No contact was made with anything, it just cracked. Honda would not cover as part of warranty. It created a huge safety concern as the visual out of this mirror was on two different planes and you could not see clearly to make a lane change. I did have it replaced but had to pay for the replacement. With this car being less that a year old, and how it cracked spontaneously I felt that should have been a covered warranty replacement. This issue is currently being investigated for a class action lawsuit. I have the mirror as evidence, if it was made with faulty materials. I’ve owned nothing short of 27 vehicles in my life, 7 of which were Honda’s and I’ve never had this happen. I really think that the mirrors were a manufacturers defect on this car.
