Currently at around 220,000 miles and my power steering is constantly going out. Luckily it hasnt gone out while driving, yet, but when I turn my car on the steering wheel is stiff and I get the power steering alert on the radio screen. I turn the car off and on a couple of times and it gs off. My concern is it happening while driving. Also, since this has occurred, my steering wheel shakes/turns left to right on its own while at a complete stop. As Im driving I feel it trying to move on its own. Kind of scary.
