The back windshield on my 19 RDX spontaneously shattered on 1/5/2024 driving on the highway while using my rear defroster in cold weather. No warning lights. There is a known issue with this happening and a service bulletin 22-014 pertaining to this issue. My Insurance was notified. A glass repair shop and an Acura dealer both repaired my vehicle. Honda corporate refuses to acknowledge or pay for repairs as ‘my VIN is not included in recall’
