This is a known Safety Recall, Porsche Recall ARB7 / NHTSA ID 24V-732. I received the ‘URGENT SAFETY RECALL’ Notice in November regarding possible battery cell module defects that could result in a battery fire. I contacted Porsche today and was told that there still is no remedy and that we will be contacted once there is one. I wanted to register a complaint, as suggested, if there is an unacceptable delay in fixing this. It seems to me that more than 3 months without a remedy in sight for an ‘URGENT SAFETY RECALL’ that could result in a battery fire that could be deadly is unacceptable. Please facilitate compliance by Porsche with this ‘Important Safety Recall’ by whatever means are at your disposal.
