When driving home on a windy day the A-pillar applique trim fell off hitting my vehicle and just missed hitting the vehicle behind me. Before getting a recall notice on this I had and paid for a new A pillar applique trim replaced at a local Ford dealership which was over $200.00. After getting the recall I called them several times to get the other side replaced to keep this from happening again but never was responded back to. I finally reported this to Administrator, National Highway Traffic Safety Administration on !0/18/24 claim number 11620594 but they never did anything about it. Please respond so I can have this recall taken care of!
