This is an online complaint because the manufacturer has failed to remedy the safety recall for the Occupant Classification System (OCS) in a timely manner. The recall was announced in December 2023 and they still dont have a remedy — this is unacceptable because in a crash, the airbag may not deploy and there is a risk of injury.
