My 2019 F250 Super Duty has severe shaking in the front end also known as the death wobble I read that Ford put out a release for any 2017 to 2019 under the customer satisfaction guarantee that my truck should be repaired but when I type in the VIN it ds not say that I qualify for that repair even though I have the exact year and the exact problems associated with the recall can somebody explain to me why my truck is not covered for these fixes?
