The contact owns a 2024 Honda HR-V. The contact stated that the vehicle failed to start upon numerous attempts to start the vehicle. The contact initially called the dealer who informed her that they would be unable to service the vehicle due to the dealer closing at the time of the call. The contact then called an independent mechanic who went to the residence and jump-started the vehicle. The contact was instructed to take the vehicle to a dealer as soon as possible for a diagnostic test. The vehicle was taken to the dealer the next day and the fluids were topped off and the tires were rotated; however, the dealer was unable to determine the cause of the failure. The contact stated that a battery failure had occurred several times since the initial failure. The contact had to call for assistance several times to jumpstart the vehicle.
