I have only used this seat a few times in it’s life, for travel and various uses. It has not been used as an everyday car set. The shell on the car seat has snapped in half. I have reached out to the company for a fix considering they are a reputable company and it is on the more expensive side. As I have not used this for every day use and have taken very good care of it (always carry it on the plane with me, never underneath — always check to make sure it is in good use and appropriately installed). They have rendered it not usable and will not fix, even with proof of purchase.
