Manufacturer recall number: 25S31 NHTSA Recall number: pending From legal advice, the Advance Recall Notice is for the dealers and is not an Official Recall Notice. Since the notice, I have been unable to rent out my vehicle. I have another Advance Recall Notice on my other vehicle a 2018 Explorer. I need to make a living. What actions can be taken.? I’ve called numerous times first to times, no answer phone just rang after initial message. The following times, a human answered after message but i was disconnected or inadvertently put on hold. Then steered to this page. Looking for some assistance. I have 2 vehicles down due to Advanced Recall Notices. I can’t afford to have 2 cars down. What is going on here.
