The contact owns a 2024 GMC Sierra 2500. The contact’s husband stated that while driving 60 MPH, the vehicle started violently bouncing up and down. There were no warning lights illuminated. The vehicle was taken to a dealer; however, the dealer was unable to duplicate the failure or diagnose the vehicle. The vehicle was not repaired. The manufacturer was made aware of the failure and referred the contact to the NHTSA Hotline to report the failure. The failure mileage was approximately 12,000.
