Passenger rear seat (middle row) belt comes unlatched on its own while the vehicle is being operated. The latch is currently securing a [XXX] boy (approx. [XXX]) for most of the time the seat belt is latched. The seat belt in most cases remains latched however it is slowly becoming more progressive. The left rear passenger seat (middle row) is currently latched securing a car seat with no issues present and no issues present at third row seat belts.
