Related to PE23-023. 2022 Nissan Rogue with 77,000 miles first lost heating ability and then would stall and not start. Problem was diagnosed by an ASE Certified shop/tech. Diagnostic inspection revealed 2 quarts of coolant missing and contamination in the cylinders. To start the recommendation was to replace the EGR Cooler and Turbo, after reviewing similar complaints, I have chosen not to do the repairs as it dsn’t sounds like it will fix the root cause and I am not inclined to replace the motor, turbo, Egr etc only for this to occur again. I plan to trade out of this vehicle at a significant financial loss and replace it to ensure the safety of my family. I would like to be a part of the investigation, if in the future Nissan is held accountable for this engineering failure I may be able to recoup some of my financial hardship.
