The ABS front wheel sensor became inoperable after 27K. This disables several onboard systems that assist in vehicle control, including blind spot detection, and collision warning systems. Looking at the sensor — it completely separated at the connector by the wheel hub. The surrounding area showed no signs of unusual trauma or deterioration.
