Incident Summary: a¢First occurrence: Feb 2025. a¢Latest confirmation: May 2025 (work order on file). a¢Dealership confirmed fault and noted possible ORC module replacement if the code returns. a¢FCA STAR bulletins (S2208000154 & S2408000063) acknowledge the issue but state no official remedy is yet available. a¢FCA refuses to declare vehicle safe in writing. Outcome: Vehicle cannot operate in electric or hybrid mode. This is not a warning light issue a” this is a propulsion system failure that compromises basic driving safety.
