The straps for the harness keep coming off the splitter plate when I go to tighten the straps. Iave double checked that theyare secured to the splitter plate before tightening and they still come off as Iam tightening. I reported two incidents to the manufacturer and theyave nothing to investigate and chalked it up to user error but Iam doing everything they said to do to prevent it and short of getting a bigger splitter plate thereas nothing I can do on my end to prevent this happening
