Started the vehicle and power steering did not work. Very difficult to turn the steering wheel and no longer able to drive the car safely on the road. Father drove car to the dealership where he was told it was not Ford’s problem as the time frame was outside of 10 years. No diagnostic lights come on on the dashboard, and I believe this is related to the recalls on the Fusion but mine is ‘not affected’ #15v340000 #15s18
