The contact owns a 2020 Chevrolet Silverado 1500. The contact stated that while her husband was driving 55 MPH, there was an abnormal sound coming from the vehicle. The driver pulled over to the side of the road and inspected the vehicle. The contact stated that her husband observed that the driveras side front wheel had detached. The vehicle was towed to the residence. The vehicle was then towed to a dealer where it was diagnosed and determined that the control arms, rack and pinion, and ball joints had separated and needed to be replaced. The vehicle was repaired.
