My AC started blowing hot air in 2023. I checked in with Honda and apparently they extended the warranty on the compressor shaft seal and condenser due to a class action lawsuit and other customer complaints. It turned out that both of those parts were affected in my vehicle and I got a free replacement. A year later my AC started blowing hot air again. This time the evaporator was the problem. Apparently it was not covered by warranty, and according to Honda the reason was that the compressor and condenser were separate from the evaporator, which meant the issues werenat related. Upon research, the evaporator going bad is a common issue with Honda. I didnat get the part replaced and paid $200 to Honda for the inspection.
