Shift to Park message on the dash when attempting to turn the vehicle off (in park). Known issue for GM vehicles and safety issue because you can’t turn the vehicle off or lock it and it continues to get progressively worse to the point you can’t leave the vehicle, and I am getting worried the vehicle may not actually be in park. This is a known issue that costs around 1000 to fix and should have been corrected when it was discovered years ago to prevent issues with the vehicle.
