No warning lights were illuminated. The RV was taken to an independent mechanic, who observed that the fasteners used to secure the frame to chassis were missing on the front end and the contact was advised to not operate the RV. The contact was informed that the fasteners were never installed. The vehicle was not repaired. The manufacturer was notified of the failure, and a case was opened. The failure mileage was unknown.
