Unable to properly buckle child in the car seat. Once the child is sitting in the sit, harness won’t move and unable to tightened child in the car seat. Have called Graco many times reporting issue, and issue has not been resolved. Took the car seat to a technician and even the technician couldn’t understand why harness moves and buckles when child is not sitting on car seat, but once child is placed on the car seat harness won’t buckle. This issue began a few months after purchasing the car seat. I thought it was because my child was riding rear facing, and was putting pressure in the harness, but the issue still hapening now that my child is ridding forward facing, and is even worst, because I can’t tighten the harness to keep her secured. I even had to purchase a new car seat in order to keep my child safe in car rides
