Freedman Seating Company (Freedman) is recalling certain 2place GO-ES Space Save Foldaway Seats part numbers, 88335, 89316, and 1place GO-ES Space Save Foldaway Seat part numbers, 102860, and 102861. The recliner mechanism may not engage when the seat back is fully reclined. As such, these vehicles fail to comply with the requirements of Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard number 210, ‘Seat Belt Assembly Anchorages.’
