On [XXX], the cluster of my 2020 Gladiator JT turned black. After searching similar issues online, I found that there is an NHTSA Recall Number: 24V-652, Manufacturer Recall Number: 30B that affects Models: 2020a“2024 Jeep Gladiator. The Issue is summarized as follow: ‘ The IPC may experience an internal short circuit, leading to a blank screen. This malfunction prevents the display of critical information such as speed, fuel level, and warning indicators, posing a safety risk’. This is exactly what I am experiencing with my car. I entered my VIN number [XXX] on the NHTSA website but my car has no recalls. I’d like to file a formal request to have this VIN number included in the recall so I can get this issue fixed rapidly. This is a safety hazard as it distract the driver’s attention and is in violation of federal motor vehicle standard 101.
