It’s been a year now I’ve been waiting for my 2017 Chevy Traverse to replace the ‘SAFETY RECALL’ on driver’s air bag inflator to be replace by this Dealership. Their neglecting the safety issue that it may explode during deployment due to a manufacturing defect. They schedule me three times, one last year on my maintenance service and two times last month, ever since I got this ‘SAFETY RECALL’ notification from this Dealership, after I waited at their waiting area for 2 hour, Service will say to me that they have no replacement parts for my vehicle. Why schedule and tell me on text messages that you have the replacement part for my vehicle? You don’t value your customers and you don’t care about the safety of the driver. I’m not recommending a friend to buy on this Dealership. Lucky a friend of mine ask, went to buy her first Chevy Tracks at Bellevue, WA. I will never buy another Chevy vehicle again from this Dealership. Rude and unprofessional customer service, that’s my overall experience.
