The contact owns a 2014 Honda CR-V. The contact stated while driving approximately 2 MPH and pulling out of a parking lot, the contact felt a bump underneath the vehicle. While inspecting around the vehicle, the contact became aware that the trailing arm had detached from the vehicle. The failure caused the tires to turn inward, causing damages underneath the vehicle. The contact stated that excessive rust and failure caused excessive damages underneath the vehicle, causing other parts of the body to start to detach.
