While operating the vehicle on [insert road name or location] with FSD fully engaged, the system initiated a left-hand turn but failed to complete it properly. As a result, the vehicle mounted the sidewalk, causing a blowout of the rear tire and visible damage to the passenger-side rims. Following this incident, I had the tires and wheels replaced.
