Twice now, with two brand new 2025 Acura RDX of mine the power steering failed while I was driving. My first new car was purchased in January 2025, I had 414 miles on the car when the power steering was lost and the car was pulling me in one direction. I struggled but managed to get the car to a safe location and waited to be towed to the dealer. The dealer was nice enough to order me another RDX which I received in March. The car had 435 miles on it when while I was driving the power steering failed and the car was extremely hard to steer. Again, I struggled but managed to get to a safe location. I’m glad I don’t live in an area where there are sharp curves in the road or I would have been doomed. The car is now at the dealer. I am going to ask for a full refund to purchase another brand. I’m terrified to get back into another RDX. I can’t possibly be the only person who has experienced this.
