I was driving on the highway yesterday when all of a sudden several errors flashed on my dashboard, and my gas pedal stopped working. When I pulled over, I noticed an error code that read: ‘Brake System Problem. Brake performance may be reduced’. Not only did I lose all acceleration control, but the error codes tell me there are brake issues. After researching online it seems like many others have experienced this issue and some people found the issue was caused by a faulty Ignition Control Module.
