Failed High Voltage Battery Module, unable to repair. — Initial problem started in 02-2024 — Multiple trips and service appointment reschedules due to technician availability and guidance from Jaguar on how to address — Vehicle was dropped off at the dealer 06-2024 and has been there ever since. — Currently recall now with final remedy of buyback. I have had no communication from the dealer and or Jaguar on time frame or next steps. When calling no one seems to have an answer. I have been in 9 different rental vehicles, and currently have to provide my own means of alternative transportation.
