The contact owns a 2020 Ford F-250. The contact stated while driving 45 MPH, the vehicle sputtered and lost power. The vehicle was towed to the residence. The contact stated that a mobile mechanic diagnosed the vehicle and determined that the engine needed to be replaced. The manufacturer was notified of the failure. The contact related the failure to NHTSA Campaign Number: 24V957000 (Fuel System, Diesel); however, the VIN was not included in the recall. The failure mileage was approximately 200,000.
