UConnect screen delamination is causing ‘ghost touching’ in system. Climate control, phone, music, vehicle controls — including air suspension settings, are all impacted depending on particular event. Some are just annoyance, some are safety concerns. Air suspension height adjustments and off road settings can be controlled in the UConnect screens. THE ONLY way to lock the air suspension for towing or jacking (tire repair, oil change, etc.) is through the UConnect screens. There are 1,000’s of complaints about this system issue on Jeep forums, and I was surprised at the lack of NHTSA complaints when I logged in to see the status.
