Ever since the update that came to my car last October (update 24.11.1), the instrument cluster screen of my car ds not turn on initially upon starting the car around half the time I start it. It will turn on eventually, varying in time anywhere from 1-10 minutes later. My local dealership has yet been able to fix it and tell me they have no idea why this would be happening and over the many attempts to fix this and many service appointments they now say that they need to replace the entire display but that none of available and not sure when they will be. Reading through the owners forums, I am not alone with this issue [XXX] ) Obviously, the car isn’t safe to drive this way even though I continue to make my monthly payments to Genesis, so hoping someone can help me. (I’ve included two photos for reference…one where you can see the instrument cluster information screen off and then about 5 minutes later when it turned on.)
