Component/System: Windshield. Description of the Issue: My 2023 Hyundai Palisades windshield developed a small crack, which has progressively spread into a longer line over time. The crack appeared without any significant external impact, raising concerns about the overall quality and durability of the windshield. Safety Risk: The growing crack reduces visibility and compromises the structural integrity of the windshield, potentially putting my safety and the safety of other drivers at risk. Reported/Confirmed by Dealer: I reported the issue to my Hyundai dealership, but they stated that there is no recall or warranty coverage for this problem. Inspection Status: The dealership acknowledged the issue but did not provide any solutions, leaving me to seek independent repair options. I have not yet involved an independent service center, insurance, or other third parties for inspection. Symptoms Prior to Failure: There were no warning signs or indicators before the crack appeared. It developed suddenly and unexpectedly, despite regular vehicle use under normal conditions. Additional Information: Upon researching online, I discovered numerous complaints from other Hyundai Palisade owners regarding the poor quality of the windshield. This pattern suggests a potential manufacturing defect that Hyundai has not yet addressed.
