The contact owns a 2019 Honda CR-V. The contact stated that while driving at an undisclosed speed, the vehicle lost motive power. While driving approximately 30-60 MPH, the vehicle started to jerk. The contact stated that after refueling the vehicle hesitated and shut off unintendedly. The contact depressed the brake pedal and the accelerator pedal simultaneously for the vehicle to accelerate. The contact added fuel injector cleaner to the fuel tank. The WRENCH symbol was displayed. After the failure, several unknown warning lights illuminated. The contact received notification of NHTSA Campaign Number: 23V858000 (Fuel System, Gasoline); however, the part to do the recall repair was not yet available. The local dealer was contacted. The contact stated that the manufacturer had exceeded a reasonable amount of time for the recall repair. The manufacturer was not made aware of the issue.
