The backup camera fails to display any image on the screen, significantly impacting my visibility while reversing. This issue occurred unexpectedly. Upon contacting the dealer, I was informed there is an active recall (24V023) related to this problem, but my VIN is not included. I believe my vehicle is also affected by the same recall.
