aside from constant electrical issues with the serial gateway module that gm refuses to replace many safety features fail regularly most importantly this replacement yukon for the 2023 with engine issues also has engine issues and the same 6.2L engine. When leaving my home and or driving on any decent up or downhill road and coasting the vehicle will misfire and trigger the MIL to flash. Ive taken it into the dealer many times for this and in the end they say its a software problem with AFM disabling 5 cylinders. They claim that the geometry of the vehicle along with having 5 cylinders disabled causes the engine to vibrate enough to make it think its misfiring. this came from their factory field service tech. they refuse to fix it. they refuse to put this on paper. they told me if I wanted it fixed, I could buy a 2025 instead. this is insanity.
