Upper passanger trim piece fell off while driving on street, could have hurt another motorist. When new piece was fixed by Tesla service center, I advised them to replace drivers side just in case and they stated they will not be able to until it falls off. This trim comes in two pieces, one is bolted to the truck and the other is glued onto the bolted piece, the glued piece peeled off. Here is a youtube video showing in more detail the problem.
